Questions families ask us

What does Top 25 mean for tutors?

Tutors on Case Launch are undergraduates or recent graduates from U.S. News Top 25 national universities. Tutor accounts are created by our team after a school affiliation check. Public self-serve tutor signup is not open yet.

Do you use AI to write feedback?

No. Every highlight, section note, and profile comment is written by your matched tutor. Case Launch is a workspace for human review, not AI-generated edits.

Do tutors write my essays for me?

No. Tutors leave comments, suggested edits, and strategic guidance. You stay the author. We help you sharpen your own voice and case.

What's the difference between junior and senior plans?

Juniors focus on planning, profile building, testing strategy, and early personal statement direction. Seniors get the full application review workflow including supplementals and college-specific essays. Create an account to start; we'll follow up about your plan and billing.

How fast do I get feedback?

After you submit a section for review, your tutor receives it in their dashboard. Most feedback arrives within a few days depending on review scope.

Can I switch tutors?

We match carefully upfront. If something isn't working, email admin@caselaunch.net and we'll help find a better fit from our T25 tutor pool.
