The service

Case Launch provides a workspace for admissions planning and human tutor feedback. Tutors offer guidance and comments. They do not write essays for students, guarantee admissions outcomes, or replace professional counseling where required.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
• Only submit content you have the right to share.
• Do not abuse the platform (spam, scraping, unauthorized access, or harassment).
• Students remain the authors of their application materials.
• Pay applicable subscription fees when billed for your plan.

Accounts and billing

Plan prices are shown on our site. You may create an account to begin using the workspace. Online card checkout may be completed through our payment provider once enabled; until then, billing may be arranged through support. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay when due, or threaten platform security.

Content

You retain ownership of your essays and profile content. You grant Case Launch a limited license to store and display that content to you, your matched tutor, and support staff as needed to operate the service.

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, admissions results, or that tutor advice will be error-free.
