Case Launch ("we", "us") helps high school students organize college application materials and receive feedback from tutors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account details: name, username, email, and password (stored hashed).
  • Application content you enter: education, testing, activities, honors, essays, and related notes.
  • Tutor profile details such as school, bio, expertise, and optional photo.
  • Billing-related information when payment processing is enabled (handled by our payment provider).
  • Technical data needed to run the service (session cookies, IP-based rate limiting).

How we use information

  • To provide the workspace and match students with tutors.
  • To deliver tutor feedback on profiles and essays.
  • To process subscriptions and related billing when checkout is available.
  • To secure the service (authentication, abuse prevention).
  • To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use AI to generate student feedback.

Sharing

Matched tutors can see the student profile and essay content needed for review. Staff administrators may access accounts to operate and support the platform. We may use hosting, email, and payment providers as processors to run the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and application data while your account is active. Contact support@caselaunch.com to request account deletion.

Age

Case Launch is intended for high school students and their families, typically ages 13 and up. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
